Finally the dates of the different classes has been announced. As LONDON 2015 the exhibition will be held in two halves. It has now been finalised that the first half (Saturday 2 May to Tuesday 5 May 2020) will include Postal History, Revenue, Open Philately, Picture Postcards, Postal Stationery, Modern Philately and part of Youth. The second half (Wednesday 6 May to Saturday 9 May 2020) will have Championship, Traditional Philately, Aerophilately, Thematic Philately and the rest of Youth. One Frame exhibits will be shown alongside their parent class.
The exhibition is substantially oversubscribed, so the Organising Committee has a difficult task in allocating the frames in a fair way. The IREX states that National Commissioners will be informed of the accepted exhibits by 30 September 2019; it is now likely that this date will be a couple of weeks later to give the Organising Committee a chance to allocate more frames than initially expected.
